Atomic Wellness Habits Program

Navigating Ambiguity & Enhancing Your Efficiency for Sustainable Productivity.

Erik Giasson, a renowned executive coach, joined employees for a discussion on the topic “Navigating Ambiguity & Enhancing Your Efficiency for Sustainable Productivity.” Erik drew on his personal and professional experience to explore the benefits of managing stress and building capacity for mindfulness and resilience to achieve greater fulfilment.

Learning and Development

To help our workforce meet the challenges of today and tomorrow and develop the right skills to succeed, we offer various learning and development opportunities to ensure our people have the tools they need to grow:

  • In addition to paying for professional certifications, our Upskill program allows for an annual individual training amount of $3,000 in local currency to invest in development activities, conferences or seminars.
  • Employees have unlimited access to the e-learning platform LinkedIn Learning to develop technical or soft skills to achieve personal and professional goals with video courses taught by industry experts.
  • We provide mandatory corporate training through a compliance learning platform in alignment with our commitment to create a culture of greater inclusion.
  • For the past five years, we’ve been actively encouraging women within our firm to embrace their ambition and unlock their leadership potential through our participation in the A Effect Ambition Challenge. Since 2019, 116 women at Fiera Capital have proudly taken up the challenge.
